Nature of Our Products

All products sold on X-spozitor are digital downloads (PDF eBooks and audiobook files), delivered electronically via a secure link after purchase.

General Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link has been issued or accessed, except as described below or as required by applicable law.

Exceptions (All Customers)

Regardless of location, we will consider a refund if:

- You experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased files, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time

- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate purchase)

- You have found any typographical mistakes in the written works

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at xspozitor@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number.

Additional Rights for EU Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law that would normally allow you to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, this right does not apply once download has begun, provided that:

- You gave explicit consent to immediate delivery at checkout, and

- You acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins

Customers Outside the EU

If you are located outside the European Union (including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and other regions), your purchase is governed by the General Policy above and any additional consumer protection laws applicable in your own country or region. We are not aware of a universal statutory withdrawal right for digital goods outside the EU, but nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under your local law.

X-spozitor is based in the UK and welcomes customers worldwide. Regardless of where you are purchasing from, the policies above apply, with EU-specific rights noted separately for EU-based customers.
